various kinds of bars for all the different needs & goals that everyone has out there. From an office goer to a serious athlete, from a young
adult to someone in their 60s or so, we will always strive to have something for everyone. We ensure that all aspects of the products are best
in category. From Designing, Packaging material used to the ingredients used while producing the bars is nothing short of the best in the
category. We'd like you to enjoy the bars and keep ordering.
Different products have different shelf life, depending on the ingredients used and the process of making the bars itself. The average shelf
life of the products would be between 3 - 6 months, the exact details of the products are given behind every bar packaging.
The 4 protein bars launched are intended for 17 years or age and above. We will be regularly launching newer products for different age
categories. The next launch will be open for all ages.
The current 4 bars contain milk & nuts. Ubar will be regularly launching newer products for all varied tastes & needs, these may be suitable
for vegans, etc. If you have any specific requirement, do reach out to us, we would like to explore producing those bars. You could write to us

At Ubar we like to keep things simple, transparent & demonstrate integrity in everything that we do. We also want our customers to be
very happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with our products and want to return them, please contact us by dropping a mail
at hello@mindbodysoul.net.in or call us at 9831098310. All we ask of you is to ensure the product is not used, opened or damaged in any
ways. Once the product is received, we will process the refund in 15 working days(i.e not counting Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays).
This is applicable for all purchases on our website, the product return will have to be within 3 days of receiving them, the return shipment
charges will have to be borne by the customer. In case you want us to replace the product, we will do so immediately. The product can be
returned only if it is damaged or there is a problem with it.

The gift cards once bought cannot be refunded; we will request you to use them. Ubar is a great product and the receiver will be very happy.
At Ubar we are very swift with our processes. Once the order is received, we work hard and fast to ensure your product reaches you on time.
In case the order has been dispatched, then the same cannot be cancelled. But if the cancellation is received within 2 hours of the order placement
then we will cancel it for you.
At Ubar we work hard and swift to ensure you orders are met on time. The dispatch usually happens within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The logistics companies take anywhere between 24 - 72 hours to deliver products across the country, uncless you are in a specific area where
delivery takes time.
As a policy, Ubars does not disclose or share any personal information to any 3rd party to ensure all of our customers information/etc is
